The Halloween Snow Storm

On October 30, 2011 a heavy snow blanketed much of  Massachusetts cutting off power  for thousands of people. Once again the performance of the Republicrat State Government  was short.
What we paid for
The pilots must practice flying the  transports to maintain their skills and to be sure that the plane is in good working order. It would have cost nothing to use them for this disaster
What we got
Utilities driving for days to get to Massachusetts
Republicrats blaming one another and the power company for things that they sat by  and did nothing about for years. We all have seen low hanging branches on trees  in which nothing had been done for years.

The President did not order the use of military transports to get the emergency crews to the sees of the  disaster, and neither the legislature  not the Governor demand that he do it.

Solution of Robert Underwood

I would have put extreme pressure on the  Governor to demand that  the President use the United States Air Force to transport the out of state utility crews to the disaster area.   This would have saved days of travel time.  We have already paid for those planes, this was the time to use them.
