The Barber Did it!

Republicrats believe the every act must be reacted to with legislation. There were some un-licensed Barbershops operating. Some one tired to kill the barber, just missing a customer. The barber then shot the assailant.

The barber, since he refused to be a victim of course was arrested. The criminals life was considered to worth more than the live of the barber or others.

The response of the City Council was to be subservient to the police department, and to enact a local permit program for barber shops, which are already regulated by the state. There will be a fee with will be used to hire political hacks as inspectors.

Ultimately the customer will pay for the 3 more inspectors.

So the response of the City Council was merely to join in the extraction of money from the innocent. The whole incident is an example of the incompetent response of the City Government to crime.
