Abortion

In the Book of Exodus chapter 21, verse 22 a fine is prescribed for forcing an abortion. But the Hebrews did not have a federal system of government.

The only federal question involved is if the federal government pays for it. In general I would not advocate the federal government paying for abortions unless there was a medical reason for it. So, other forms of birth control would be less expensive.

If everyone had a good job there would be less of a demand for abortions anyway
